For the Maplewood Church of Christ Multi-Purpose Building, "first there was a slab". "And then some vertical beams started to sprout upward", "Then the ribs began to appear". "And when they were assembled they began to form a skeleton".  "Then the frame was covered with a skin, and there was a multi-purpose building."     Here are some Elevation Sketches and a floor plan for about 20' of the EAST end, showing the kitchen area and the bath/shower restrooms.
